2. How can I contact an author?
We cannot give out personal mail or email addresses for our authors. However, all author mail is forwarded directly to our authors via our publicity departments.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a reply.

3. How do I make an order?
To place an order, simply click on the order button against the appropriate book title. Use the shopping basket to select further titles and see the contents of your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click to pay, and you will be asked to enter your delivery information and your credit card details.
All orders must be in UK pounds sterling.

4. Do you accept unsolicited manuscripts?
We are happy to accept unsolicited submissions but due to the high volume of proposals we recieve, are unable to acknowledge receipt. Please take time to read the submission guidelines below and check the subject matters published by our imprints.

There will be occasions when we do not have copies of the books that we have published in the past - this can be for a number of reasons. There are a number of resources available to locate "missing" books. Please see below for a few suggestions:

6. How can I access your catalogues?

7. What are your delivery charges?
Please refer to our delivery terms.
8. International Orders
Please note that we cannot process orders to international addresses directly from our website. For all international orders, please email with your contact details customerservices@anovabooks.com. We will contact you regarding your specific order asap.
9. How long will it take for my book to arrive?
This depends on what postage option you choose when you make your order. If you choose standard delivery your order should reach you in 2-3 days. If you choose express you should receive your order in 24 hours (48 in outlying areas).
10. How can I return a book?
We want you to enjoy every book you buy from us. Therefore if you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason you may return it to us in its original condition within 10 working days and we will provide a full refund. If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the postage costs.
To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your packing slip and a letter giving the reason for the return.
