Martin Dawber

Biography

Martin Dawber is the Principal Lecturer in Fashion at the Liverpool John Moores University where he has taught for the last 30 years. A graduate of the Royal College of Art, he has exhibited his own design work across Europe. An authority on fashion and image, he is the author of several books on fashion illustration and styling and was the Consultant Editor for The Encyclopedia of Contemporary British Culture and the author of Batsford books New Fashion Illustration, New Fashion Prints and the bestselling Big Book of Fashion Illustration.
