Bill Pertwee

Biography

Bill Pertwee is probably the most famous Air-Raid Warden in the world. He appeared in Dad's Army in the very first episode and remained part of the cast until the last. He is president of the Dad's Army Appreciation Society, and remains close to most of the surviving cast of the show.
